Last Updated: 16 October 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Spiritual Conclave website, accessible at https://spiritual.pondymelange.com/ (“Website”). The Website provides information about the Spiritual Conclave and facilities for event registration and ticket booking.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, your registration for the event, and your purchase or use of event tickets.

In these Terms, “Organiser”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pondy Melenge, operating the Spiritual Conclave. “You” and “your” refer to any person accessing the Website, booking a ticket, or attending the event.

By using the Website or booking a ticket, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Event Information

The Spiritual Conclave is a spiritual and cultural gathering intended to encourage spiritual reflection, meaningful dialogue, meditation, devotional music and related activities.

The event is currently scheduled as follows:

  • Date: 8 January 2027

  • Time: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Location: Puducherry, India

  • Venue: As specified on the official event page or booking confirmation.

The Organiser may make reasonable changes to the programme, timings, venue arrangements, speakers, performers or other event details where necessary. Material changes, postponements or cancellations will be communicated through the contact details or channels reasonably available to the Organiser.

3. Eligibility and Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering or purchasing a ticket.

You are responsible for ensuring that the name, email address, mobile number and other details submitted during booking are correct. Incorrect contact information may affect the delivery of booking confirmations, electronic tickets or important event notifications.

Bookings made on behalf of another attendee must be completed with that person’s knowledge and permission.

If you are booking for a minor, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary parental or guardian consent and ensuring appropriate supervision.

The Organiser reserves the right to review or cancel a booking where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorised payment, duplicate transactions, misuse of the booking system or a material breach of these Terms. Where a cancellation is initiated by the Organiser, any refund will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

4. Tickets and Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when the applicable payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation or valid ticket has been issued, unless the event page expressly states otherwise.

Tickets are subject to the conditions displayed during booking. Please retain your confirmation email, ticket number, QR code or other proof of purchase.

Each ticket, where applicable, admits the number of attendees and provides the access level specified on the ticket. A ticket does not grant access to additional sessions, facilities or benefits unless expressly stated.

Tickets must not be duplicated, fraudulently reproduced, resold for unauthorised commercial purposes or used in a manner that misrepresents the holder’s entitlement. The Organiser may refuse entry where a ticket is invalid, already redeemed, cancelled or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, subject to applicable law.

If your ticket or confirmation is not received after payment, contact [email protected] with your booking details and payment reference. Do not purchase another ticket until you have checked whether the original transaction succeeded.

5. Ticket Prices and Payments

Ticket prices, applicable taxes, convenience fees and other charges, if any, will be displayed during the booking process.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment gateway. The availability of payment methods depends on the options presented at checkout.

The Organiser does not request or require you to share your payment PIN, one-time password (OTP), full card security code or banking password by email or telephone.

Payment authorisation, settlement and refunds may be subject to the payment provider’s processes. A payment deduction alone does not necessarily establish that a booking has been successfully confirmed.

If an amount is debited but the booking remains unconfirmed, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference so that the payment and booking status can be checked.

6. Attendance and Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, speakers, performers, volunteers and event staff.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment, threats, abusive behaviour, discrimination or intimidation.

  • Disrupting sessions, performances, meditation or other scheduled activities.

  • Entering restricted areas without authorisation.

  • Damaging venue property or the property of other attendees.

  • Unauthorised commercial activity, solicitation or distribution of promotional materials.

  • Recording, photographing or broadcasting sessions where prohibited by the Organiser or venue.

  • Any unlawful activity or conduct that creates a reasonable safety risk.

The Organiser may issue instructions, restrict access or remove an attendee for serious or repeated misconduct or a legitimate safety concern. Any decision to refuse entry or remove an attendee will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Attendees must follow reasonable venue instructions, emergency procedures and applicable safety requirements.

7. Programme, Speakers and Photography

The published programme and speaker information are provided for general event-planning purposes. Changes may be necessary because of availability, operational requirements, safety considerations or circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.

The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to communicate material programme changes.

Photography, video recording or audio recording by attendees may be restricted in designated areas or sessions. Attendees must respect the privacy and consent of others.

The Organiser may photograph or record portions of the event for documentation, reporting or promotional purposes. Where identifiable attendees may be featured, the Organiser will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent or rely on another lawful basis where required. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for assessing their own ability to participate in event activities and for informing event staff of any immediate safety concern requiring assistance.

Meditation, yoga or other physical activities, if included in the programme, should be undertaken within your personal comfort and physical limits. Participation is voluntary unless otherwise expressly stated.

The event is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or other healthcare advice. Attendees should consult an appropriate professional where they have concerns about participating in a particular activity.

The Organiser will take reasonable measures to support safe event operations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from negligence where exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Cancellation, Postponement and Refunds

Attendee-initiated cancellations, requests for ticket changes, event postponements, event cancellations and payment errors are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Website.

Please review that policy before completing your booking. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights available to you under applicable law.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The Website’s text, design, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, programme materials and other content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the Website for personal, lawful purposes relating to the event. You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or modify protected content without appropriate authorisation, except where permitted by law.

You must not attempt to disrupt the Website, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, access restricted information or misuse another person’s booking details.

11. Third-Party Services

The Website may use third-party services for payments, hosting, communications, ticket delivery, analytics or related operations. Such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

The Organiser is not responsible for independent third-party service interruptions beyond its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to assist attendees with booking or payment issues within its responsibility.

Nothing in this section removes any legal responsibility that the Organiser has for services it provides or for obligations imposed by applicable law.

12. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

The event may be affected by circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue unavailability, transport disruptions or other serious operational circumstances.

If such circumstances affect the event, the Organiser will assess appropriate measures, which may include changes to the programme, postponement, relocation or cancellation.

Any ticket validity, rescheduling or refund arrangements will be communicated to affected attendees and handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated in connection with the use of the Website or attendance at the event.

The Organiser does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or error-free operation of third-party systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited by law, consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit the Organiser to exclude or limit.

14. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the Website or during ticket booking will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which explains the information collected, its purposes of use, relevant service providers, retention practices and how privacy-related requests may be made.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Organiser may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the event, Website, operations or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. Changes will not override rights that have already accrued or rights protected by applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute should first be raised with the Organiser using the contact details below so that a reasonable attempt can be made to resolve it. This does not prevent either party from pursuing remedies available under applicable law or approaching a competent authority or court.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s statutory rights or jurisdictional remedies.
